With Wingnut their is a way to totally destroy your opponent no matter
how much energy he or she has. When your super meter is filled up, try
to position yourself directly above your opponent. When you are above
him or her execute your super attack by pushing both your hard kick and
punch buttons. If done correctly, all of wingnuts wing blasts should hit
your opponent taking away their entire life meter.

On the menu screen, use Controller 2 to press : Up, Up, Down,
Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, you will hear a female
voice say excellent. Now go to the options screen and choose
hi speed 3 if you want to.
Use Super Moves in the Story Mode
On the title screen, use Controller Two to press Up, Down, Left,
Right, X, Y, B, A, X, Y, B, A, X to use Super Moves in the Story Mode.
Two extra stages in the Vs Battle Mode
This allows you to choose two extra stages in the Vs Battle Mode.
The stages are Boss Stages: Studio 6 and Metro Train. On the Title
screen use Controller 2 and press L, R, L, R, L, R and A. You will
hear a boom sound if entered correctly. Select "Vs Battle" mode and
choose your fighter.
Secret characters
On the Title screen use Controller 2 and press X, Up, Y, Left, B,
Down, A, Right, X, and Up. You will hear a woman's voice say
"Excellent'' if entered correctly. Select "Vs. Battle". You will not
see Ratking and Karai on the screen, but if you continue to push
Right or Left on the controller, they will appear in the selection box.

At the Option Screen, press B, B, B, A, A, A, X, X, X, X, X, X, X, on
Controller 2 to have 10 Continues.
Another 10 Continues code
On the Option Screen, press B, A, Y, A, S, X, A, and you should have 10
Continues.
Pick your Level
On the Option Screen, press A, Y, A, Y, X, Y, B, A, R, L. The Level
Option should appear, and you can pick your Level.
