Hold down X and A then push forward twice on Vertigo to do Venom Spit.

At the Title screen press Left, Left, Left, Right, Right, Left, Left,
Right, Right, Right, Left, Right. If you do this correctly the word
"Cheats" will appear as a selectable option. This new menu allows
for one-hit wins, turbo mode, free play, and invincibility to be
accessed.
Alternative clothing
When choosing a character, make your selection by pressing A +
B + X + Y for alternative clothing.
