Fighting Roper

Sent in by Piyush Gupta When you are on the third level with roper and you get to him, the easiest way to kill him is to duck when he lifts up his gun, then attack once or if you are lucky, twice and watch out for the butt of his gun. Keep on repeating this until you are done.

Extra lives

Sent in by Mike Waters If you like playing 1 player, but aren't quite good enough to beat this game alone yet, pick a 2 player game and play all the way to the end of Level 1-1, but don't go into 1-2. Beat up all of player 2's lives, then continue as player 2. Keep doing that until all of player 2's continues are gone. Then, you as player 1 must go through the game alone, but if you broke open all the pods during Level 1-1, you will have 8 more lives and will have earned more through the points you get beating up player 2. Plus, going through Level 1-1 again, you'll get 2 more lives still. Click here

Fighting bosses

Sent in by John Jacques When fighting bosses, do the head-butt or flying kick thing (forward forward B), the run back to the other side of the screen and repeat the process. You will be able to beat most bosses easily. For the boss on the rocket be a double dragon and just hold down and press B when you are near him, and try to keep him in the air.

Level 3 tip

Sent in by John Jacques In Level 3 in the last part where all the junk is coming down you can go in the upper right corner and hold up and right and the junk won't be able to hit you.

Character tip

Sent in by Simbisai Brent Kahari The best people to use in the game are the Double Dragons because there of their flying kick, but if you use both a Double Dragons and a Battle Toad they can be used for a lethal continues combo on any leader in the game that's if your partner can do the head butt or flying kick very well.

Fighting Aboa

Sent in by jaisons@.sprynet.com On the first level when you get to the boss with 2 players, jump onto the side. Aboa (the boss) will follow one person. The other than can jump up and beat him without getting beat up himself but don't go to close or he will catch you and beat you up so the player on the side then has to go to the opposite corner to save the other player.
