Terranigma is game not much Americans will know, because
it has never been released there. It was only released in Japan,
Australia and Europe. However I had to mention what those
poor Americans missed.
Terranigma is an adventure (self fighting system, like Zelda)
created by Enix and it's the best adventure on the Super
NES. It's better than Secret of Mana (also a very good game).
What makes Terranigma better? It's the beautiful story, the
great replay value and the great music!
Graphics 5 out of 5
The graphics are extremely good for the Super NES. High detailed
worlds, I also liked the design of the main characters. The
monsters are also good designed, the bosses are huge and
mean. However the over world doesn't look very good. These
are the best graphics you'll get for the Super NES!
Music and Sound 5 out of 5
The music is almost as good as that of Final Fantasy 3, and it's
better than that of Secret of Mana. The music fits perfectly
with the worlds you're walking in. It has also a beautiful sad
theme, but what I liked most was the underworld theme, awful!
The sounds are good, a slash when you hit something with your
sword for example. The sounds fit perfectly with the situations
it's played in.
Game Play-Fun 5 out of 5
This game is fun from beginning till the end. The story is very good
and will take a grip on you. The monsters aren't annoying strong,
so you'll never quit because of some strong monster.
And there are enough sub-quest. You can develop city's in all forms,
you'll meet people of whom you can decide if you'd like to help them
or not, it's all to you. Game play is top of the bill.
Replayability 5 out of 5
Because of idea of developing the city's the game is worth playing
it again. It has so many secrets! And for only the story you'll play
it over and over.

I bought it for 30 guilders, that's about $15. But it is worth much
more. You should buy it for every price if you can lay your hand on
it. Terranigma is such a game you have to hunt down. If you liked
Secret of Mana you'll like this game even more!
Plot 5 out of 5
I have to mention something about the plot. It's the most original
plot I've ever played. It's an unique idea of resurrecting the
world and create it. This in combination with a beautiful love
story a rebellious main character, friends that become foes, and
foes that become friends, talking with animals, plants, birds and
so on. The end is very original and unexpected, oh it's so good.
The plot makes the RPG, and this plot is perfect!

Terranigma is such a perfect game, that every RPG fan should
have played it. Everything is perfect. An awful story combined
with the best music an graphic a Super NES can produce. If you're
able of ever playing this game, you'll have to do it. This game is one
of those RPG jewels on the Super NES. (Others are for example Secret
of Mana, Lufia II and so on.) Every RPG fan should have this game
in his RPG collection!
