Super Metroid

Well first off this is the 3rd game of the Metroid series and apparently
its the best. The Metroid series is so good that only one game from the
series appeared in each Nintendo system. I hope they do come out with
a Metroid 64, cause this last version was huge.
Graphics 9 out of 10
The graphics were great even though this game came out in 1994 (1
year before the SFX chip) it still had bright graphics especially at
the end with the giant explosion. Some of the graphics could use
improvement, but graphics isn't at all part of the game like storyline,
gameplay, music, etc.
Music and Sound 10 out of 10
The music in this game is pretty much upbeat, and most areas include
drums (which is rare), but the best music part of the game is the boss
battle. All in all the music goes great with each different environment.
Game Challenge 10 out of 10
This game can be pretty hard if its your first time, because every thing
is so well hidden, that will take you days before you encounter your first
real boss. If you play it again it gets a lot easier and your time will most
likely be cut into 1/4.
Game Play-Fun 8 out of 10
This game is very fun too play, but after a while everything becomes too
easy, and that's why I gave it such a average score. But playing the bosses
and looking for their weaknesses are extremely fun. But as you acquire
more items throughout the game it just gets better like combining
different types of beams and getting new and stronger suits.
Frustration
Well its not really frustrating even though a whole lot of you people
would get stuck. If you find everything yourself its a lot funnier because
of the surprises you get after your hard struggles.
Replayability 9 out of 10
An excellent game to replay over and over again because this time you
can try to collect every missile, super missile, energy tank, etc. Plus
you get a different ending if you can beat the game fast enough.
Game Value 10 out of 10
Well this game is pretty good and will be well worth the money. At
Funcoland they have this for $13, so go for it! You won't regret it.

This is one of the best games you'll ever play on your Super NES, usually
adventure/action games wouldn't be considered the best, even though
they are really fun, but this game is different from other games in
the same genre because what other adventure/action game would allow
you to save or have a good spread out storyline?
