This game was a very fun one and a very challenging one. I still have not
beat all of the missions in one game, so it is still fun. The only problem
is that stupid gun they give you stops working as well and you have to
use your controller, which is much harder because you can't put your
sight on your target as quick. The game is still enjoyable though.
Graphics 9 out of 10
These are some of the best graphics I have seen on the Super NES. It looks
very much like the arcade game, which is good. The scenes are very good:
restaurants in China Town, back alley of a bank, Cruise ship, etc. I think
they did very well there, although, the guys could have had more of a range
of motion.
Music and Sound 5 out of 10
They say random stupid things like Don't Shoot! for the hostages and
something like Come Get Me! for the criminals. There are gunshots and
that is about it. They could have used more work on the background music.
Game Challenge 10 out of 10
This game is very hard, if you are trying to beat all the levels with one
game. I think I have beaten three in one game, the Bank Robbery, Chinatown Assault,
and Gunrunners. The Chemical Plant and the Highjacking are harder then most
and so is Gunrunners. You should be able to get out of the Bank Robbery
without getting shot and get out of China Town losing one life at the most.
Game Play-Fun 9 out of 10
This game is very fun. One of the funniest shooter type games I have played
for the Super NES. Especially if you get the machine gun or assault rifle.
Those are the best. How fun, to be a cop and be able to waste anybody
you want to just for standing up from behind a car. It is also interesting
to see the number of places that these guys pop out of, car trunks, trains, etc.
Frustration
It can be very frustrating at times because there are so many guys coming at
you at once (Chemical Plant). But if you are getting frustrated, just shoot the
heck out of a hostage or a fellow cop and you'll be okay.
Replayability 6 out of 10
Once you have beaten them, certain levels get tedious to play (Bank Robbery)
But otherwise, they are fun. The tougher ones are still fun because you
rarely beat them so there are certain stages that are still interesting.
Game Value 4 out of 10
Probably not, because they make you buy that damn gun the breaks after
one month, so you are dishing out extra money for a bright blue gun that
will just sit around your Nintendo. The game is fun and challenging though,
so if you don't mind buying a bright blue gun (they sell fruity red ones too)
then by all means buy it.

Why does Nintendo think that they have to clean everything up for us.
If parents don't want their kids to see blood, don't buy the game.

This is a very fun game, they give you five levels which can be at times
very challenging, and a broad range of weapons, revolver, shotgun, assault rifle,
machine gun, grenade launcher, and some other pistol that I forget what its
called. They conformed the characters customs to the levels, so in the
highjacking level you will see guys with gasmasks, and in the Bank Robbery
you will see guys with black masks on, so it is pretty interesting.
