Graphics: The graphics are pretty bad. There's a really boring color scheme
and there's not a lot of animation in character movements. They definitely
should have upgraded everything about this game.
Sound: The sound is a little better than the graphics are, but not by much.
The music is a little bit too dull but the sound effects aren't too bad.
Gameplay: It's hard to believe this is the prequel to Street Fighter 2. It's
basically just a sidescroller where you play as the people from SF2, but
the game is very bad. The controls are horrendous and besides beating up
people, there's not much else to do. There's basically no replay value or
anything interesting about it.
Hardness factor: The enemies are too tough for the people you play as,
which is annoying because you really have to time things right.
Overall: 3 out of 10. A pretty bad sidescroller. Only if you've played
every other Street Fighter game would I recommend this to you.
