Maniac Mansion

This is a game that you can't buy anymore. And this is a game that's for a system
that you can't buy anymore. (But I wish you could!) This is a game based on a TV
show. This is a game about saving Sandy from Dr. Fred! That's right! This is Maniac
Mansion for the NES!
This game is different from other video games. This is because it's one of the very
few games that is about a television show but is not a Gameshow. Instead, it's about
a kid named Dave (He's the main character) and his friend to try to save Sandy from
the mad man Dr. Fred who wants to remove her brains!!! If you haven't played this game,
you missed out on something!!!
Graphics 9 out of 10
The graphics for Maniac Mansion are almost perfect! The Mansion is perfectly made!
I think that the background is also made very well. And the kids look like real people
(For an NES game) Since the graphics are made so well, it makes the game more
interesting, and fun too!! The graphics are defiantly without a doubt, one of the
things that make Maniac Mansion such a good game! (Again, it's a shames they stopped
making it)
Music and Sound 10 out of 10
The music and sounds are absolutely PERFECT! You should hear Razor play that piano!
And Green Tentical's demo tape is very good! Not to mention that each character has
it's on very well made song!!! Also, each time your y a bad guy, a little spooky song
plays! (I think it's pretty good!) The sound is also very good! That's really all I can
say about the music and sounds in Maniac Mansion other than there PERFECT!
Game Challenge 8 out of 10
It's nothing like The Legend of Zelda, but this is a very hard game! (In it's own way)
Despite the fact it's tough, it's still one of the funniest games I've ever played. And
if you're playing it for the first time, believe me, you won't have any idea what to
do at all!!!! (Which is why I like that you can save you game)
Game Play-Fun 9 out of 10
Even though the game play is put out in a very hard way, it's still very fun. It's almost
like the game doesn't let you give up! I'm telling you with the combinations of things
you can do depending which kids you pick. The possibilities are endless! This game is
very fun! (Even though it may not be the funniest game you've ever played!)
Frustration
Oh, you an DEFIANTLY get very frustrated in Maniac Mansion. Ok, say you want to
give someone something so they can do something. But they can't do it unless you
ad used that something on something before giving the other person something. (As
you can see, it's VERY had to explain)
Replayability 10 out of 10
Oh yes, you can save the game from where you left off and then restore it another
time. And that's always good!!!!!
Game Value 10 out of 10
Certainly! It's DEFIANTLY worth the price it used to be! (Even though if Nintendo
would still be selling it it would probably be just about $5) This game was always
worth the price! It's one of the funniest games I've ever played! (And it would be one
of the funniest games you've ever played too!) You can take my word for it, and I don't
even own the game!!!!

This is basically the only bad thing about Maniac Mansion. The game play! I mean you
have to select open just to open the door!

Overall, this game is one of the very best that I've EVER played! I'd give this game an A.
