Graphics: 5 out of 10 Sound: 4.5 out of 10 Gameplay: 7 out of 10 Hardness factor: 4 out of 10 Overall: 7 out of 10

Graphics: The graphics in this game are so-so. A lot of it is way too babyish, since there are rabbits everywhere. Also, a lot of enemies are blobby looking. The only reason I gave it a normal score is because there is usually a sufficient mount of detail in enemies and the color scheme is pretty good. Sound: The music in this game is below average. The songs are good, but the quality is really low and the instrumental choice was also pretty bad. If you've ever played TMNT for the NES, then you'll know how this game sounds. Anyway, sound effects are really good. There's usually a different sound effect for each bomb/weapon, which is very nice. Gameplay: One of the best overhead spaceshooter (SHMUP) games out there. It's in an overhead view and you pilot a small vessel around. What really makes this game good is that there are a ton of different powerups/bombs you can get to help you out. Also, you can upgrade the size of your ship by getting powerups so you can take more than one hit. It's really confusing on how exactly the powerups work out, but basically you get a 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5 to change your blaster weapon (more than one increases the shooting prowess), a floating small p to get that blaster upgraded even further, a ship to upgrade your ship, and there are a few powerups that I couldn't figure out what they did. However, you can also upgrade your ship and buy new bombs (there are also letters floating around that change/upgrade your bombs) at a store in-between levels. The controls are very good in this game, and while there are a lot of enemies on the field, your ship travels smooth enough for great flexibility. Hardness factor: I found this game to be just a little bit easier than most SHMUPS for the NES. The controls were very good, there were a ton of different weapons, and you can always use a bomb if you're in trouble. Overall: 7 out of 10. I've played a lot of SHMUPS and I can honestly say this is the best one for the NES. Despite it's sort of childish theme, it plays really well.
