Harvest Moon

Work on a farm is never done. You will be getting down a dirty in
this game. You plant crops, water them, harvest them (under a moon),
and so much more. You might even make friends with some little people.
This game is great. You go through the four season (winter, spring,
summer, and fall) and weather conditions (sunny, rain/snow). You will
raise live stock, cows (moo!) and chicken (ka-a-doodle-do), feed them,
take them for a walk (cows), milk them or take there eggs, and so much
more. You will be doing what farmers do for without even getting dirty.
Music and Sound: 6 out of 10
The sound isn't half bad. You hear music, the rain sound, and the sounds
of the garden tools. The only thing you wont hear is the animals. For
some reason they wont make noise (unless you milk or take the cow for
a walk). Chickens pretty much make no noise what so ever.
Game Challenge: 8 out of 10
It is challenging. Ever year a "harvest spirt" comes and visit you to rank
your farm. If you don't make her happy by the second year, you are out of
a job. You have to deal with bad milk, keeping your pet outside, staying
out in the rain, and a cow "virus". You will always have something to do.
Game Play-Fun: 9 out of 10
This game is fun. It's everything you would do on a farm, but you stay
clean. From taking your cows for a walk to riding your horse, its all
fun. If you start to play, you will play for at lest a hour. You wont believe
how fun doing what farms do is.
Frustration
The only thing you will frustrated with is sick cows. There are basically
no menu's to go through, the text is fast, no loading time, it is easy.
Replayability: 10 out of 10
You will keep playing, over and over. No matter what happens to your
farm, you will keep playing. Then, if you do a bad job, you have to start
all over and you will just wanna play just to show the harvest spirt off.
Game Value: 10 out of 10
What a bang for your buck! It is about $30.00 and it is the perfect game.
If you like simulation, RPG, or farming games, you will love this. You
could not buy a farm, 4 cows, 4 chickens, a dog/cat, plants, and a big
house for $30.00, could you?
Overall: 9 out of 10
You will be playing this for hours on top of hours. There are really
cool cheats for the game, so many things which need to be taken into
effect, and some little people you will want to make friends with.
What more do you want? This is the game for everyone out there.
