Press the C-Left button during the instant replay to toggle on/off the
motion blur effect.
Caddy Car

First begin a normal game without loading a saved game. Start the
Grand Prix race, but at the start, turn around. Drive straight into
the brick wall, and you should pass through it. You will now race a
reversed track. Beat it, and the Super-fast Caddy Car is yours.

the camera angle or spin the cars around. You can also do that in
the trophies screen.
