Turn the power off. Hold Select, A, B and Start on Controller 1, then 
press and hold A and B on Controller 2. Turn the power on and wait 
until you see something on the screen, then release all the buttons. 
Hold A and B on Controller 1 and B on Controller 2, then press Start 
on Controller 1 to begin your game with 10 lives.
