Unlimited continues
To have unlimited continues, press A, B, B, A, when the Game Over 
screen appears.


Stage Select
On the Title screen, press Up, Down, A, A, B, Left, Right, A, B, Up, 
A, Down, Right, Right, Left, B, Up, Left, A, Right, B, Left, Right, 
A, Left, Up, A, Down, A, Right, Left, B and Start. You must enter the 
entire code before the Title screen fades and the demo begins.


Another Stage Select code
After pressing Start, the game will begin as normal. While the plane 
is landing, press the A and B buttons to go to the Stage Select screen.
