When you find the crook, the crook will go running away and the police 
will start chasing his or her. 

If you got a warrant, the police will catch the crook and escort him/her 
to jail holding a gun to his/her back. 

If you didn't have the right warrant the crook escapes and the police 
officer walks away with a sad look in his face.
