Sagat: The screen shows a picture of 4 head: Sagat's head is on the 
top, Balgrog, Vega, and Bison are on the bottom and then it shows a 
small group of people walking under Sagat's picture. and it says that 
Sagat was born to be a fighter. 

Vega: He said that he kills everyone who is more beautiful than him, 
and he also kills all of the ugly ones because they bother him too 
much and then he laughs, "hee hee."
