After you download the Anti-AI virus into the Aneki computer,
the ending of the game is automatic. A message flashes that
you have 20 seconds to evacuate the building. You are taken to
the roof where whoever is running with you is killed and you
shoot the guard while explosions from underneath you begin
to get closer to the heli-pad. You get a long distance view of
the helicopter taking off from the roof while the fifth floors
explodes. Then some funky music plays while the credits roll.
After all the credits are done, your helicopter seems to descend
and then a series of short scenes shows different places from
the game with strange messages. The finale is an introduction
to all the Shadowrunners you could have hired in the game, then
a you have reached the end message.
