This game has 2 endings. This is the one that you get if you
got all of Zero's parts.
You wonder into the base and you find Sigma. He goes into a speech
and brings out a fake Zero. Zero blows up the fake Zero, and you leave
to face Sigma. After defeating Sigma, he says "Why did Zero....? He
was the last of the good doctor's creations." then it shows you stats
on all the bosses in the game, including X and Zero.

if you didn't collect Zero's part when you met Sigma, you will fight
Zero. If you collect Zero's part when you met Sigma, he will bring
out a fake Zero, then Zero will blow up the fake Zero so you will
go to fight Sigma.
