Top Gun: The Second Mission

On 1-on-1 Dog Fight Mode (1 player), the highest rank you can earn
is commodore, which is a 1 star admiral. When you acquire this rank
and land successfully, the game as usual gives you your after mission
rank. After this, it shows you an eagle badge, which looks like the
insignia for a captain with the following text (or something close to
this): "Congratulations, hero! Your rank is commodore! You are now top
gun!" Then the game resets to the intro.

Your pilot walks into the mission control room on the carrier. What's
that guy's name? He played Strictland in Back to the Future series. I'll
use a ???? for him.
Your Pilot: Mission accomplished, sir!!
????: Good job, pilot. Sorry about your friend. He was good.
Your Pilot: Yes sir.
????: Now get to training.
Your Pilot: No thank you for saving America by myself?
????: That's not my job. Go see the pres on that. Good job.
Your pilot walks out.
Your Pilot: (off screen) yes SIR.
????: I heard that!
