Faxanadu

Once you defeat the Evil One, you hear the music you heard when you
were first in the Elf Town. Then you see your character, still in full
armor, in the King's courtroom talking to the King. He congratulates
you on your work, and says that, with time, the relationship between
the Elves and the Dwarves will again be as it once was. Then the King
says "I understand you wish to leave now to continue your journey. What
a restless guy!" From there, you see the distant shot of the Elf Town from
the start of the game, except that now all the trees have leaves, the sky
is blue, the grass is green, and the waterfall is flowing. You see your
character walking towards you, away from the elf town.
