Dance Aerobics

After you finish the level 8 routine, a picture of a leotard- and leg
warmer-clad young woman appears (ostensibly you), with the text "Here
is your aerobic superstar crown!" underneath. Little sparkly stars glitter
around her, replaced by a suddenly materializing regal robe. Next, sparkly
stars around her head are replaced by a crown. The screen begins to flash
in seizure-inducing bright colors, and chipper music continues to play. The
game stays this way until you hit the control pad to restart it.
