Donkey Kong Country

After beating K. Rool, we go to Donkey and Cranky. Cranky praises you
for all you did, then tells you he would have found everything if he
were playing - unless of course you DID find everything [The full 101%!].
After that, you're treated to a loooong credits sequence, which includes
the guys at NOA and NOE. When that's done, you see Diddy sitting on a
sign which says something like 'More secrets await you in another
barrel option', and then Donkey sticking himself out of a Game Boy
Color accompanied by 'The End'.
If you got 101%, you'll see Diddy instead sitting on a crate which has
inside it a trophy with a bunch of bananas on it.
