To get infinite lives on this game all you need to do is first die until
you are on your final life, then find a level with a door, go through
the door and you end up in one of the special room, now you must
stay standing right where the door is, and wait for one of the men to
come up to you and kill you, just as you are dying, press up on the
pad to go back through the door, and when you look at your lives
next there will be a strange number, and you will have infinite lives.
