Mega Man X2

If you have to fight Zero, I would have Mega Man standing alone in the 
factory, then Dr. Dain comes out with Zero then says "Zero was all right, 
But she needs to stay here for a wile longer." 

Then it goes into the regular ending.

It would show Zero destroying the main computer so you know how 
he did it and what the computer looks like. And then have X warp out 
with Zero and have them start dashing toward the Maverick hunter HQ.
