Chrono Trigger

For this ending you have to beat the game without getting Robo back after
he helps Fiona revive the forest: Everyone will return to their own time
but Lucca will travel the world searching for Robo. When she finds him
and repairs him, a bunch of monsters appear and Robo takes care of them.
Then he and Lucca are teleported into the future and Robo is turned into
a human.

Schala's Ending - If you beat Lavos after first getting Magus and he's on
Lv ** (Requires "New Game +"), there should be a scene where Magus
departs from the group and finds schala on a small island, west of the
Last Village. There is a scene where Magus talks to Schala about his
true self and what he did in 600 A.D. and 12,000 B.C. Schala then
asks "What about Crono?" and Magus says "I don't know, maybe he's out
there... somewhere." The screen fades away and then changes from black
to a scene where a spectre of Crono stands atop of Death Peak, laughing.

Chrono finds Lucca and Marle. Then they walk and find all of the other
ones that they find through the game. They take the Epoch, fly off and
live on a fantasy Island with followers catering to their every whim.
then they show a screen of the world, Peaceful.
