You should be able to drive anywhere in the city you want. You could drive 
into hotel lobbies and everything.

There should be guns attached to the vehicles so that your player can 
shoot the opponent. There would also be some special weapons that 
you can pick up like nitros, rocket launchers, lasers, etc.!
