Scoff has a rocket launcher, and a flame thrower. He also has a nitrogen 
can. He first shoots you with rocket then burns you then finally he freezes 
you and you lose if you don't beat him in time. He's a real short guy with a 
big nose and a backwards hat.

William Jefferson Clinton would have secret service members that 
would attack you. Once you did in all of the service members, Clinton 
would shoot gentlemen's relish at you. The only way to beat him would 
be to locate the "Linda Tripp" photo, the "Monica Lewinsky Dress", and 
the "Ken Star Report." You would combine them and give them to him. 
Then key members of congress would come out and escort him to a 
room where ex House Speaker Newt Gingrich would behead him with 
a Lancelot type sword.
