The item would be a special protective barrier that would stay around 
Mario or Luigi, and would gradually wear off as they were hit. Once they 
had been hit twice, it would disappear completely. This item would be 
almost like a blue capsule that stayed over Mario or Luigi. It would only 
be obtained from Toad's house.
