It is a TM called Star beam. It is like a hyper beam that is like fussire but
it always works. The catch is it PP is 3 and PP Up can not work on it. To get
it you must have 150 Pokemon. and you must have Mewtwo, Pikachu,
Staryu, Koffing, Geodude and Eevee on level 100 equipped and a Tunder stone
on the 1st item slot. Walk back and forth from Pewter city to Celadon Cave
for 5 times till you here a funny sound. You will wrap to the S.S. Anne dock!
A new boat will come and dock go aboard you will see a Pikachu on level 999. catch
it and use the thunder stone and it will disappear. And a stair case will be it
place of Pikachu. go down it and there will be a guy. he will say "Wow! you
found the S.S. MEW! Here take this." He will give you TM 51. The only
Pokemon that can learn it is Mew or Togepy. Then the man will say "This
two Pokemon that I have are the only ones that can learn it. Who do you
want? MEW my favorite or TOGEPY."

This new attack is called Surrender. It can only be taught to a Venusaur,
Blastoise, or Charizard. When they perform surrender during a trainer
the trainer's Pokemon surrenders to you, so you have their Pokemon.

The Pokevac is an item that when used in a grassy area sucks up 5
random Pokemon from the area and sends them to your PC It can only be
found by taking Mewtwo, Mew, Moltres, Articuno, Zapdos and Raichu to bill,
talk to him and he opens his transporter for you. if you step in, you are sent
to Bill's Mountain and can buy the pokevac for $15,000.
The Motobike is a variation on the bicycle, when you beat the game 20
times, talk to professor oak and he will have Gary challenge you with
Togepi, Pikablu, Raiblu, and Bruno. if you beat him, you can buy the
motobike from professor oak for $20,000.
The Jetski can be bought on cinnibar island for $100,000 and it lets you
surf without using a Pokemon.

The Ultra-Rare Candy can only be found once in the game Pokemon. In
the Unknown Dungeon, use the Itemfinder in the place where Mewtwo
was standing exactly 100 times. Then, leave the Dungeon using an
Escape Rope. Fly to Fuschia City and go into the Safari Zone. There, run
around until you find Exeggcute. Run from it, then leave the Safari Zone.
From here, go to all the Gyms in order. When you reach Giovanni's Gym,
the guy in front of the Gym will say, "Your journey was long and hard,
wasn't it? Here...take this to keep your Pokemon strong..." Then he will
disappear in a flash of light. Search around the area to find the
Ultra-Rare Candy. It can only be used once, and it raises one Pokemon
100 levels, and its stats are the same as if you raised it by levels!
Remember, there is only one! Use it on a Pokemon that is at a low level!

The Daycare Doll s are not used like Poke Dolls. The Daycare center south
of Cerulean City can use these dolls to increase your pokemon's
experience even faster. One doll doubles the amount of experience gained
in the Daycare over a certain amount of time, taking the pokemon less
time to grow stronger. However, for the Dolls to work, you must return
them to the Daycare. The most dolls the Daycare can handle is eight.

The Pokecloner would be a cloning device to clone your pokemon. The
cloned version would be slightly weaker though.

In the last level of the unknown dungeon, there is a hidden item called
a Psystone. You cannot use an itemfinder to find it. When used with
Mewtwo, he becomes Mewthree. Mewthree is thrice as strong as Mewtwo
and he can learn any move in the game. The stone does not effect Mew.

The Magicball could be a special type of pokemon ball, where what it does
is it lets you capture from 2-4 pokemon in it and the pokemon caught in
it get combined into one pokemon, basically creating a new species and
you can use it and it's the only one of it's kind, but there would be only one
magicball in the whole game, and it'd be hard to find. but for those who
do get this item, and use it, can mix different types of pokemon, they
could have a fire/flying/water/electric pokemon or something like that.

With the Pokemon Breeder, you could get like a ray that you can
shoot one pokemon with and save his data to it then shoot another
pokemon and have there data sliced (mixed) to create a pokemon mix
of the two!

A new machine would be called the Poke Master. It is a weapon that you
put on a certain Pokemon and it fires pokeballs, safari balls, masterballs,
and ultra balls. It will have 5 compartments. Also it will have an Ultra
pokedex which gives more accurate details about Pokemon and things
related to Pokemon.
Also the machine would revive Pokemon less than an hour. Another thing
is that it will carry the used balls (pokeballs, masterballs, etc.). The
amount of money of the Poke master would be L60,000. Also, when
carrying beams, it would make it stronger in battle with trained and
wild pokemon. Another thing it could do is that it makes caught Pokemon
less wild and disabled from running away.

PokeLance is a weapon that is used in the game. It cannot be used by
Pokemon that has a snake, bird, or water Pokemon icon when it's stats
are displayed on the Pokemon screen when the game is paused.
The PokeLance can only be used once per battle. That Pokemon will, for
the remainder of the battle, be invulnerable to all normal attacks, and
will have it's attack value double. if that Pokemon has the HM moves
cut or strength, than for the remainder of that battle, one of those
moves will be replaced with Hyper Beam.
You can't buy the PokeLance. To gain it, you'd have to catch all 3 of
the legendary bird Pokemon (Articuno, Moltres, and Zapdos) and talk
to the Old Man in Viridian City. (This is the guy that gives you a
demonstration on catching Pokemon) Talk to him 5 times, saying your
busy each time, than play the Pokeflute. He would than talk to you and
give you the PokeLance.

A good item would be that if you had all 150 Pokemon and beat the game
you go back to Professor Oak and he gives you a Pokemon finder. You
type in the name of the Pokemon and name what level you want it on
then after a couple seconds of walking around in tall grass you see
the Pokemon that you wanted with the Pokemon finder. You can even
get Mew this way!

You could find a poke ball shooter that blasts ultra balls and master
balls. With a ultra balls loaded into it can blast 300,000,000 MPH. It blasts
so fast that the Pokemon won't know what happened and get caught.

There should be a Fire Gun for Ash so for example on route 11 you could
just roast the sleeping snorlax and go straight to the next town, or if
your in a trainer battle for a badge you could just roast all of his/hers
Pokemon and win the badge. It would be really good for the Elite four
if you ever get stuck on them just whip out your fire gun and roast them
and win the match. And you should be able to buy it in the first PokeMart
for $50.

A Super Ball would be great for Pokemon. Some pokeballs, like the great
balls and the ultra balls, can't catch some Pokemon you want them to
catch. With a Super Ball you would be able to catch any Pokemon under
level 40 in one try without even damaging the Pokemon. The price would
be $5000. This ball would be sold only at the Pokemon league store at
Indigo Plataeu.

There would be a mechanical ball. With it there is a 100% chance of
catching the Pokemon and it would duplicate that certain Pokemon. You
would have to kill all eight gym leaders and Giovanni would give it to
you. You could use it only after you beat the Elite Four. but it is secret
because when you sell it, it costs nothing.

The Transporter is like the Fly HM. Except, you don't teach it to Pokemon
and that it doesn't just take you to a town, but to a subplace.
Example: The S.S.Anne, Rock Tunnel, Power Plant, Seafoam Islands.

The item is a Technical Machine that is similar to Pay Day, yet it draws
more money from your opponents than a normal Pay Day attack. This
attack is known as the IRS attack, the most feared, lethal, and
debilitating attack ever put into existence. The scary thing is that it
can be bought for one hundred dollars at the Celadon Pokemart, but there
is a puzzle that is very aggravating and stressful, just to get into the
room where they sell it along with any other Technical Machine.

The item is a TM51. It would teach LAZER. You can teach it to Mewtwo,
Venusaur, Alakazam, Raichu, Blastoise, Charizard, Mr. Mime, or Chansey.
It can make Pokemon up to level 70 faint. With it, you can defeat Gary
and the Elite Four faster. And the more times you defeat them, the
more money and Exp. Points you and your Pokemon will get.

A new move for Pokemon would be called steal. It would fire a sticky
ball of some sort and it would steel the opponents Pokemon. You would
get it in the deepest end of the cave that you need to of beaten the allite
four to get in and you would have to beat a Mewto to get it because he
would be guarding it. The only pohemon that could use it would be
Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise. If you could buy it, it would cost $500000.

The TM I would create for Pokemon would be captitro (cap,ti,tro). It is a
move that any Pokemon can use but can only use it if it is above level 50.
The move lets a Pokemon capture a trainers Pokemon. The only thing is
that the move can only work if your Pokemon is not weaker then the other
and the Pokemon is not elementally (normal, dragon, etc.)weak against the
opposing Pokemon and it must have the advantage. It will only allow 10
tries after that you must go to a Pokemon center and revitalize the Pokemon.
It will also allow you to use 5 moves instead of 4. Deleting it makes it
go back to 4.

Item: Pokeheal
Effect: Completely heals all Pokemon in your collection. (this includes
the ones in boxes at the pokecenter.) Good effect. This way you don't
have to heal your Pokemon after you capture them. Good when capturing
large amounts.

TM-52 FireBomb is a high powered attack. It can be used by Arcanine,
Charmeleon, Charizard, Rapidash, Mew (Japanese Version), Magmar,
Flareon, and Moltres. It is found in Pallet Town, after you beat the
Elite Four, the man south of Oak's place will give it to you for $1500.

There should be an item to refill every pokemons HP and PP. It could be
called the Megalixer. They have items that refill all PP, items that
refill all HP, and items that refill both, but it can only be used for one
Pokemon. It would be extremely rare, but you could buy it at the PokeMart
in Fushia City and Cinnabar island. It would cost at least maybe $5000.

A new item could be the Pokemon whistle. (Nothing like the flute.) When
you use it while walking in a cave, a random Pokemon from the nearby
areas will come and fight you.

There should be a Rare soda. Like the Rare Candy but instead of 1 level
gain it would be 5 levels up. To get it you would have to beat the game
500 times. Then go to Oak. Gary would appear with a Very strong
Pokemon named Pika-blu. If you defeat him Oak opens a store called
the Ultimate stop. For $10,000 you could buy it.

The new item would be called the Nightmare. You could teach any Pokemon
it. It would give you nightmares when you use it! It captures any Pokemon!
Keep using this to capture or kill the Pokemon! When you throw it, it will
ask capture or kill! This pokeball can also let you get the pokemons moves,
all of them!

The item is a hyper ball. It is for free. You can't buy it in a shop. The
hyper ball can be duplicated to have 100 balls. It has two buttons. One
to capture and the other button for duplicating. You need just one unless
you want them all. It can capture 8 per ball. It can't be transported unless
you use a computer to transport it. It works like a master ball and can
be upgraded as the year changes.

You can get a tm that will increase your pokemons power and if you
are fighting a trainer you can take experience points away from him/her.
also a poke ball that lets you take trainers Pokemon and the ball costs
$30,000 and you can sell it for $29,000.
