Mega Rat will follow the tradition of characters and will be a rat that 
has the ability to start a fire by eer, peeing lighter fluid by hitting A 
and when you run back over it at highspeed, it would light up. It would be 
a bit biggest than the normal rat, and it would have the same weakness. 
Speed burst would be B. If you killed him, it'd be an objective, cause it'd 
wrap you in fluid and speed over you.
