This hidden character is named Garr. Garr is the king of the underworld. 
To get Garr you must win the hardest challenge with the worst guy. 
Garr's attributes are completely full in everything. Garr has unlimited 
nitro boosts and hooming missiles. For his blaster he has a super missile 
which tracks down the guy in first and transports him back to the 
beginning of the track.
