(2) FAQ Intro
---------------
Hi! Thanks for using my FAQ for help on the game. This is my first FAQ (I wrote
one for Smash Brothers but they never put it up!) and I hope this FAQ helps you
as much as possible! By the way, sometimes I need FAQ's sometimes myself and
sometimes they are hard to find what is where. So I will make this FAQ as simple
as possible with as much info as I can get.

(4) Game Intro
-----------------
Well, the big ape is back not in a racing game, not in a fighting
game but in his own adventure. He and his 4 other cousins (Diddy, Tiny, Lanky,
Chunky Kong) are out to save themselves from King K. Rool.

NOTE: This story is taken from the manual. I was told that my story is different
from USA's. If your from the USA, please read your manual and mine to see if
it's different. I live in Canada. If there is a different, please e-mail me
about it!

"Left!" rasped a voice to his left.

"Right!" came the immediate response from the other side.

It had seemed like a good idea at the time, but now the Klaptrap turning the
wheel wasn't so sure. His little legs were getting tired, and those two
incompetent fools hadn't a clue where they were going.

"Left!"

"Right!"

With a sickening crunch of metal against rock, the King's pride and joy came to
a shuddering halt, knocking all three off their feet. The tough little Klaptrap
was up first, dashing eagerly across to the broken bridge window to see what
those goons had hit.

"You two are going to be in sooo much trouble!" he barked gleefully.

But that pair weren't the only ones in trouble. Deep within the gloomy bowels of
his latest creation, a furious King K. Rool sat on his throne, glaring down at
the quaking generals of his vast Kremling army.

"Well? I'm still waiting for an answer..."

His plan couldn't fail this time, or so he had thought. But like so many times
in the past he'd underestimated just how useless his scaly minions could be. It
had taken years to build, but now his mighty island stronghold lay immobile off
the coast of it's very first target --- Kong Isle. Perhaps all was not lost,
though...

"Power up the Blast-o-Matic. Target in Kong Isle. Fire when ready!"

Instead of a deafening explosion, there came only a pathetic whimper.

"I'm so v-very sorry your m-majesty, but i'm afraid the Blast-o-Matic isn't
quite w-working yet..."

K. Rool turned to face the white-coated technician responsible for the bad news.
The King began to cry.

"It's just not fair..." he sobbed. "I really thought I was going to win this
time."

Klump waddled over and put a consoling arm around his distraught leader.

"Don't get all upset now, your excellency. We'll go and capture those nasty
Kongs for you. Then we'll steal their Golden Bananas as usual so that if any
Kongs escape us, they'll be too busy looking for them to come and ruin your
magnificent plans."

As King K. Rool watched his generals leave, he wiped away his crocodile tears
and began to laugh. His little play acting had worked, and now those Kongs would
soon be history. He glared down at his bemused technician.

"Well, what are you waiting for? Get the Blast-o-Matic working. I've got an
island to destroy!"

- My Easy To Understand Version -
King K. Rool has kidnapped every single Kong except Donkey Kong. He has also
stolen all of the Kong's Golden Banana's. You start in a giant world (Bigger
than Banjo-Kazooie) and soon you will find a cage with a Kremling named K. Lumsy
inside. The reason he is locked up is because he did the act of kindness. The
main goal is to collect the eight keys, from the bosses, that will unlock K.
Lumsy, who then will tell you how to defeat King K. Rool.

#####################################

(5) Game Details
---------------
This is how the game is like. For all those wondering if I should buy this game!

          The game begins with a 3 mins 20 secs intro rap. Complete with Donkey
Kong scratching on his turntables.
          The game starts with you controlling Donkey Kong.
          The first world you play is called Jungle Japes. This is the world
that starts you out. In this the world where you will rescue Diddy.
          After you are exploring the main world (DK Isle) for a while you will
come across a Kremling locked up in a cage. His name is K. Lumsy. King K. Rool
has locked him up because he is being "kind". While you progress you will rescue
some of the Kong's. Your main goal is to find the eight keys to unlock K.
Lumsy's cage so he can help you beat King K. Rool.
          The game features a multiplayer mode where you are trying to kill the
other characters. Each character will posses his/her own weapon. The life meter
is a 3-D Watermelon. If you get a minor hit, you may loose half of your
watermelon, where you will see a 3-D half cut watermelon. The other mode in
multiplayer is Battle Arena. (LOOK AT GAME MODES FOR MORE INFO)
          When you are in a level, you will come across a part where you can't
pass. Only another Kong can pass this part. That is how it will be through the
whole game. Each character has his/her own ability to conqure obstacles.
          The game will feature one of Rare's old game, Jetpak. The games will
be the SAME as it was on before. Nothing changed, not even the graphics. There
is also the first Donkey Kong game (1981 DK Arcade) or the name on the NES,
Donkey Kong Classics.
           The first person you rescue is Diddy Kong. The second will be Lanky,
third will be Tiny and the forth will be Chunky.

A) DK's Isles
--------------
    When you are able to move by yourself, jump out of the tree house, and start
walking left (Behind the tree house). You'll see a sign that says "Cranky's
Lab", go that way and enter Cranky's Lab. He'll tell you the story and pop up 4
training barrels (Swans are on them). Get out of the lab and start walking to
the left. You'll come to where the barrels are and just hop into them.

Barrel #1 - Swimming
You have 60 seconds to swim to the bottom of the "barrel" and collect the coin.
Press Z once to get your body under water and just hold the Control Stick
(joystick) up and keep on press A. Direct yourself to the coin and your done!

Barrel #2 - Throwing Barrels
You have 60 seconds to pick up 5 barrels and to toss them. Walk up to a barrel
and press B to pick it up and B again to throw. Do that to all 5 and you'll
finish that one!

Barrel #3 - Swinging
You have 60 seconds to climb and tree; swing across vines and catch a coin. Run
to the tree and press A to catch on to it, and move the joystick up to climb it.
Jump to catch on to the vine and when it's fully extended, press A to swing to
the next. Keep on swinging until you reach the coin.

Barrel #4 - Throwing Oranges
You have 60 seconds to pick up 5 oranges and to throw them. Run up to an orange
and touch it to pick it up. Hold down Z and press Right-C to throw the oranges.
Do that to all five and you're done training.
HINT: Run and pick up all 5 oranges at once and just stand in one spot to throw
them.

    When you're done all the training barrels next you must get your first move.
See the two tunnels on either side of the area? Walk into the one that is closer
to Cranky's Lab. At the end of the tunnel you will find 3 coins. Grab them and
go see Cranky. He'll give you the move, Simian Slam (Hold Z and press A). Now,
walk into the other tunnel and Simian Slam the DK switch and you should open the
cage. Now your in the main world (DK Isle).
    In the cut-scene, the camera will show this rock island, which is actually a
cave. When you're able to control DK again, walk straight and while in the
water, you should see the cave. Go inside it to find a really big Kremling named
K. Lumsy that is sad. He is locked up because he has been good. You say that you
will save him and he starts dancing which breaks open a rock revealing a Golden
Banana.

1. At the START of the world, directly on the right is two pineapple switches.
Shoot them both to open the door. Inside there are shapes in the middle of the
room and the same shapes on the 4 pots. You got to place the same pot on top of
the same shape. Pick up the pots with A and place them down, with out breaking,
with Z. When you finish, you will get your Golden Banana.

2. Go to the temple that Tiny was rescued in and walk down the stairs that are
on the left. Play your instrument on the pad to make Kremlings appear. Hold them
off and when they are all dead, you will get your Golden Banana.

3. Go to the 5 door building and inside is a Kasplat. Kill it for the Blueprint
and take it to Snide for the Golden Banana.

4. Go back intot he 5 door building and at the end is a Banana Barrel. Inside,
you must kill 18 Kremlings to get the Golden Banana. When you are done, you will
get the Golden Banana.

5. Go to the tunnel that connects the first area with the second. Inside it is a
bouldar, a cage with a Banana Barrel, and a switch. Memorize how it is mapped
out. Go to the Kong Barrel and race to the bouldar. Take it and place it on the
switch. (Using Z) Run to the Banana Barrel and play the mini game. You have your
Pineapple Launcher and are STUCK to the ground. All you can do is rotate. You
must not let the 4 Kremlings touch you once. Just keep on rotating the Control
Stick and hold B. When you last the whole time, you will get your Golden Banana.

---------------------

(THINGS TO KNOW)I'll call the room with all the letter blocks (and the boxes
that keep on blowing their top off) the Block Room.
I'll call the room with the machinary the Toy Machine.
I'll call the room with DK's Barrel Challange the Storage Room.
I'll call the room with Tiny's race car game and Lanky's piano the R&D Room.
(ALL)Go to the Toy Machine and beside Lanky's switch is an elevator. Ride it up
and jump off. Jump onto the conveyer belt and from there to the platform. You'll
come to a pipe that leads to the the Toy Machine. Jump onto the square, and
slowly go along the pipe to reach the Toy Machine. Once at the Toy Machine,
climb up the ladder that is on the left and jump up onto the rotating blades.
Follow them and when you come to the cylinders that are rotating, run across
them when they slow down. Now, climb the stairs and when the rotating platform
comes your way, you must jump onto it. Then when it rotates near another TAG
Barrel, jump off and activate Bananaport #4.
(Lanky-1) Go to the Storage Room and OrangStand up the big pipe. Simian Slam the
switch to rescue Chunky. He will give you a Golden Banana in return.

- Donkey Kong -
1. First, complete DK's Barrel Blast Challenge which is located through a door
way just past the Toy Machine (Storage Room). Once you finish that, the game for
the 1981 Donkey Kong game turns on. From the room your in, go through the door,
that has a pole to climb. Climb the pole and on your first left is the 1981
Donkey Kong game. Beat the 4 levels and you'll get a Golden Banana. Complete it
two times for the Nintendo Coin.

2. Go to the Block Room and one of the tunnels lead to a room with a bunch of
blocks that are green and blue with the numbers 1 to 16 on them. Study them
carefully and Simian Slam the switch on the ground. Quickly, Simian Slam all the
numbers starting from 1 to 16 in order. When you are done, will get the Golden
Banana.

3. Go to the Toy Machine room. There is a door that leads into the machine with
Bananaport #4 infront of it. Go inside the door. Jump into the Kong Barrel and
run through the conveyer belts and the smushing things. When you make it
through, there will be a Golden Banana at the end.

4. Go to the R&D Room and climb the little ladder. Through one of the doors is a
pole which you can climb DOWN. Go down and you'll end up infront of this house,
you are also in the Storage Room. On the left side of the house is a switch.
Shoot it to open up the house. Go inside and pull the lever to start the Toy
Machine. Also, while doing so, a Golden Banana will appear inside the corner of
the house.

5. Go to Bananaport #4. Continue on left and jump from one elevator to the next.
When you reach the platform, continue on straight and ignore the conveyer belts.
You'll come to two cylinders. Run across them when they both slow down. Now, go
close to the edge and you will see a Kasplat. Shoot it to make the Blueprint
appear. Now jump on the square of the pipe and jump to the platform where the
Blueprint is. Take it to Snide for a Golden Banana.

- Diddy Kong -
1. Go to the Toy Machine Room and circling around the machine is a Kasplat. Kill
him and take the Blueprint he leaves to Snide for a Golden Banana.

2. Go back to the Toy Machine and Simian Slam Diddy's switch. Use Bananaport #4
and go across the three elevators and past the two rotating cylinders. Right
when you get off the cylinders, there will be a Kong Pad. Hold Z to jump into
the alcove above. You will be greeted with a Golden Banana.

3. Go to the Block Room and around the blocks in the middle is a Kong Pad. Shoot
Diddy on top of the blocks and start climbing up. At the top is another Kong
Pad. Hold Z to shoot Diddy into Banana Barrel. Beat the mini-game (Peril Path
Panic!) and you'll get the Golden Banana. (See Mini-Game Section on how to beat
it!)

4. In the R&D Room, you will find Diddy's music pad. Play the instrument to open
the glass door. Inside you will find switches for the numbers 1, 2, 3 and 4. On
top of the three doors you will see numbers. (3124, 4231, and 1342) Chimpy
Charge the buttons that "spell" those numbers. If it's 3124, then Chimpy Charge
3-1-2-4. The door will open and reveal about three enemies. Kill them using your
weapon and oranges. Once you have defeated all the enemies from behind all the
doors you will get the Golden Banana.

5. From the R&D Room, leave the place and take a left. Jump down the wooden pole
and you'll come to the platform above the Storage Room. On the platform is a
switch. Simian Slam it to make hover vines appear. Cross them to hop into the
Banana Barrel. Beat the mini-game (Beaver Bother!) to get the Golden Banana.
(See Mini-Game Section on how to beat it!)

- Tiny Kong -
1. From the Storage Room there is a door that leads to a pole and a Kasplat.

2. Go to the room with the 1981 Donkey Kong. (Up the pole where Tiny's Blueprint
was then take the first left.) Jump into the Kong Barell to turn Tiny small and
climb up the boxes. You will find a hole for Tiny to go through, at the top. Run
through it and at the end you will drop down to a Golden Banana.

3. Go to the Toy Machine room and hit Tiny's switch. Warp on Bananaport #4 and
cross the three elevators. Now, climb up the conveyer belts and you'll come to a
platform. You'll see the Banana Barrel across the room. On the small platform
pick up some speed and PonyTail Twirl to the barrel. (Try to keep in a straight
line) Beat the mini-game (Krazy Kong Klamor!) to get the Golden Banana.

4. Go to the Block Room and climb one of the blocks and you'll find Tiny's Kong
Barrel. Jump in it to shrink her and run through the hole. You'll come to a room
with a spinning wheel. Simian Slam the switch to make the game start. On the
right side you will see a picture. Inside the wheel is the same picture. You
have to shoot that picture and another picture will show up for you to shoot.
(You have shoot DIRECLTY on the picture to go to the next one) Every time you
shoot one, it will spin faster. If you miss one of them and shoot another, you
have to start over again. You must shoot 6 picture. When you're done, you will
get the Golden Banana.

5. Go to the R&D Room and you'll find a very long tunnel with Tiny's normal
bananas in it. Follow it and you'll come to a room with Tiny's Kong Barrel. Jump
in it and go into the small hole. Now you're going to race a small racecar. You
need to collect 10 coins within two laps. You have DK symbols to give you a
speed boost. The things that make you loose your coins are the racecare; and TNT
Barrels. If you win you will get the Golden Banana from him. Is this the last of
him?

- Lanky Kong -
1. See Walkthrough on how to rescue Chunky. When you do rescue him he will give
you a Golden Banana.

2. Go to the Toy Machine room and Simian Slam the switch. Warp on Bananaport #4
and cross the three elevators and the two rotating cylinders. You'll see a pipe
going upwards with Lanky's normal bananas on it. Jump onto the square box and
CAREFULLY OrangStand up the pipe. You'll come to the Golden Banana.

3. Go to the R&D Room and you'll come to a ladder. Climb it and you'll find a
Kasplat with your Blueprint. Kill him and take the Blueprint to Snide for the
Golden Banana.

4. Go to the R&D Room and you'll find Lanky's music pad. Play his intrument to
open the glass door. Simian Slam the switch you find. In this game, you will be
givin a key to Simian Slam and you must copy it. It will get longer and longer.
You must copy what they play. (For example, if a yellow Kremling comes out, you
play the yellow key ect.) After you finish it you will get the Golden Banana.
HINT: The combingation is C-B-C-D-E-C-A.

5. Go to the Block Room and infront of the TAG Barrel is Lanky's Kong Pad. Press
Z on it and fly up to the Banana Barrel. Beat the mini-game (Batty Barrel
Bandit!) to get the Golden Banana. (See Mini-Game Section on how to beat it!)

- Chunky Kong -
1. Go to the Storage Room and Primate Punch the cage door. Inside, walk to the
right far corner and Simian Slam the question mark box. Under it you will find a
switch. Simian Slam that to make the Golden Banana appear. Also on the back
wall, is a Chunky switch with his face on it. Primate Punch that to make
platforms move up and down. Now, jump from platform to platform. On the last
one, jump to the Golden Banana.

2. Go to the Storage Room and through one of the doors is a Kasplat and a pole.
Climb the pole and go straight down the tunnel until you come to a cage door.
Primate Punch it and inside will be a Banana Barrel. Jump in and beat the mini-
game (Stash Snatch!) to get the Golden Banana. (See Mini-Game Section on how to
beat it!)

3. Go to the Toy Machine and Simian Slam Chunky's switch. Warp on Bananaport #4
and wait for the rotating platform to come your way. Carefully jump into it, and
walk to the end of the platform. You'll come to a thing that keeps on smashing
down with your Golden Banana inside it. If you have enough health, when the
thing goes up, jump onto it and collect your Golden Banana.

4. Go to the Block Room and around there is a Kasplat with Chunky's Blueprint.
Kill the Kasplat and take the Blueprint to Snides place for the Golden Banana.

5. Go to the R&D Room and you'll find Chunky's music pad. (You'll have to climb
TWO ladders to get to it.) Play your instrument to open the glass door. Go to
the chest and Primate Punch that switch. Enemies will keep on coming out. Kill
them to make the next ones come out. Finally at the end all the enemies you
killed will join together to make one big enemie. A Kong Barrel will appear near
the entrance. Jump into it to turn the size of the enemie. To beat the enemie,
just keep on running behind it and press B to do a spin attack. Do that about 10
times and you'll get the Golden Banana.

-----------------------
(Things to Know) I'm calling the place where the lighthouse is the Lighthouse
Area.
I'm calling the place where the sunken ship is and there are three little areas
to go to the Sunken Area.
In the Lighthouse Area, you have to lower and raise the water sometimes for
different Golden Bananas.
(DK)To open up the Lighthouse Area, use the coconut gun.

- Donkey Kong -
1. Go into the Lighthouse Area and around the lighthouse is a Kong Pad. Use it
to do the Barrel Blast. When you finish you'll free a seal which is in the
Sunken Area. Now, go open up the Sunken Area with Diddy, and switch back to DK.
Go in the middle section and get the Golden Banana from the seal.

2. Go to the seal in the Sunken Area and jump in the doorway behind him. You
have to race in a motorboat. Beat him and he'll cough over another Golden
Banana.

3. Go to the section, in the Sunken Area, where Funky's Shop is. In the back
you'll find a cactus or something. Find your instrument pad and play it. A door
will open. Swim to the sunken ship that is in the middle and go into the door on
one of the sides of the ship. Inside, you'll find a Banana Barrel. Beat the
mini-game (Krazy Kong Klamor!) to get the Golden Banana. (See Mini-Game Section
on how to beat it!)

4. Use Lanky in the Sunken Area and change into Enguarde. Swim 3 times through
the DK Star in the air to open up a gate. When you open it up change into Diddy
and go in. Climb the right coin pile and activate the Bananaport #4. Change back
into DK and around the Sunken Area is the other Bananaport #4. Use it to go to
the coin pile and on it will be the Kasplat. Kill it then take the Blueprint to
Snide for the Golden Banana.

5. Go infront of the lighthouse in the Lighthouse Area and Simian Slam the
switch infront of it. Climb into the lighthouse and scale up the miniture
mountain inside. When you get to the top pull the lever. A ship will come
outside of the lighthouse and you'll also be rewarded with a Golden Banana.

- Diddy Kong -
1. Go to the coin room where DK got his 4 Golden Banana and keep on using the
Kong Pads to get up. At the top, you'll reach a Banana Barrel. Beat the mini-
game (Stealthy Snoop) and you'll get the Golden Banana. (See Mini-Game Section
on how to beat it!)

2. Do DK's Goilden Banana #5. Around the lighthouse is a Kong Barrel. Jump in it
to fly onto the ship. Simian Slam the switch and you'll see the Golden Banana.
Get the jetpak on again and fly up for the Golden Banana.

3. On top of the lighthouse, play your instrument on the pad and you'll open up
a mechanical fish. Use Bananaport #5 and swim into the mouth. You'll be in a
place with Zingers and a fan. First shoot all the Zingers down. Now, in 100
seconds you gotta shoot each light behind the fan three times. My method is to
shoot them all once then shoot them all twice then shoot them all three times.
Stand on the wooden platfrom for the best view. Once you finish that, you'll get
a Golden Banana.

4. In the Lighthouse Area, put the water down and in an little alcove is a
Kasplat. Kill it for Diddy's Blueprint. Take it to Snide for the Golden Banana.

5. Go to the place near Funky's Shop, it's in the Sunken Area, and swim to the
cactus. Play your instrument on the music pad and a door will open on the sunken
ship. Swim to it and go inside. You'll find a Banana Barrel. Beat the mini-game
inside (Splish-Splash Salvage!) to get the Golden Banana. (See Mini-Game Section
on how to beat it!)

Simian Slam it to make a cage open. Jump into the Sunken Area and swim to the
left. Swim to the top of the front part of the sunken ship and enter the little
door. You'll find a Banana Barrel inside. Beat the mini-game (Kremling Kosh!) to
get the Golden Banana. (See Mini-Game Section on how to beat it!)

on the music pad and swim to the door that opened on the sunken ship. Go inside
and you'll find the Golden Banana waiting for you.

5. Go to the Lighthouse Area and swim to the most bottom area. Hop into the Kong
Barrel and swim into the little hole infront of it. Inside, will be a Mermaid
that has lost her pearls. Go back to the Sunken Area and go into the coin room.
Jump into the Kong Barrel and swim into the keyhole of the giant chest. You must
collect all the 5 pearls from the oysters. Once you have collected them, take
them back to the Mermaid and you'll get your Golden Banana.

- Lanky Kong -
1. At the main entrance, on the right is a door for Chunky to open with his
pineapples. Inside is the Kasplat that holds Lanky's Blueprint. Once you get it,

break all the chests for items. Then, break the boarded up pipe and swim
through. Change back to Lanky and grab the Golden Banana.

music pad which is one the cactus. Swim to the cage that opened on the sunken
ship. Inside, you'll find a Golden Banana waiting.

float up to the top. Jump into the Banana Barrel. Beat the mini-game
(Searchlight Seek!) to get the Golden Banana. (See Mini-Game Section on how to
beat it!)

- Chunky Kong -
1. Go into the area on the right of the entrance. Grab the cannonball and carry
it to the cannon. It'll load automaticlly. Now, you have to shoot three targets.
Try shooting a little ahead of where their going to go. Once your done a Golden
Banana will show up.

2. In the room where Cranky's Lab is, there is a passage way to three giant
chests. Primate Punch then to reveal three different things. (Intrument Refill,
Banana Fairy, and a Golden Banana) Grab the Golden Banana.

3. In the Lighthouse area, go on the ship and Simian Slam the planks covering a
hole. Inside, cross the path of firing cannons and Primate Punch the gate. Next,
Primate Punch the colorful barrels. There's a catch, you gotta time your punch
to hit the face on the barrel. Once your done that a Golden Banana will appear.
Your not done, to get out, your all dizzy. To get the controls right, turn the
controller upside down and use it like normal. Once your out your done that
Golden Banana.

4. Go to the alcove in the Lighthouse Area, where Diddy's got his Blueprint and
play your instrument on the music pad. A gate will open on the TOP of the sunken

swim into the Banana Barrel that is inside. Beat the mini-game (Batty Barrel
Bandit!) to get the Golden Banana. (See Mini-Game Section on how to beat it!)

5. Go to the place where Funky's Shop is, it's in the Sunken Area. Swim to the

(12) Codes & Secrets - Hints & Tips - Facts - Glitches
-----------------------
Send in those codes secrets hints or tips to me at sachit64@hotmail.com you will
receive full credit for them!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Codes & Secrets
------
Free Diddy - Diddy is located in Jungle Japes. You must hit the correct three
target switches for Diddy's cage to open. (Not the Switches Over Diddy's Cage!)
You will need the Coconut Cannon to do so. The first target is the switch ontop
of the doorway near the BIG "X". Next is the one ontop of the doorway near the
two beavers on the right of the world. They are both near BOTH Bananaport #3's.
The third is the doorway in the middle. It is the one that is right infront of
the water. You have to go to the ledge that Funky's Shop is on and look down
with Up-C.
Free Lanky - Lanky is located in the Angy Aztec area. First you have to free the
llama from the cage by completing Donkey Kong's Barrel Blast (a mini-game) that
is infront of the temple with a llama picture on the door. Go into the temple
with the llamas face on it, where you will see the llama again. Play DK's drums
on DK's music pad in one of the openings in the wall (The opening is on the
right side of the temple). The llama will turn the lava into water. Jump inside
the water and you'll find a passage, swim through the channel to reach Lanky.
Shoot the switch then Lanky is free!
Free Tiny - Go to the temple in the first area with Diddy and Simian Slam the
Diddy switch on the ground in the right corner of the temple. Backflip from one
tongue platform to the next, then shoot the target switch that is across the
room. Then run over the bridge and play Diddy's guitar on the music pad to melt
the ice pond. Swim to Tiny's cage and use the Chimpy Charge to spell out "KONG".
Free Chunky - Go to Funky's Factory and look for a giant pipe going out of the
wall and right back into the floor (It's in the Storage Room). Use Lanky's
OrangStand to climb ontop of it and Simian Slam the button with Lanky to make
the cage appear.
Open Multiplayer - To open Multiplayer you must free Diddy and have won at least
one Crown. Get those from the a big pad that had K. Rools face on it.
Jetpak - Collect 15 Banana Medals and go see Cranky. Then get at least 5000
points in the game to get the Rareware coin. To KEEP THE GAME and play unlimited
times, collect 6 Banana Faries.
NOTE: If you get your 5000th point in the next level (You build the ship and go
in it) then you will not see the coin. You HAVE TO be in the first level to get
the coin.
DK Classics - Use Gorrila Grab in Frantic Factory to turn on the game. You must
complete the 4 levels without dying. Then you must complete the game - AGAIN to
get the Nintendo coin. To KEEP THE GAME and play unlimited times, collect 6
Banana Faries.
Banana Faires Camera - Get Tiny's Mini-Monkey and, in DK Isle, go inside the
Head Statue (Fairy Island). Take the camera and start taking pictures of Banana
Faries!
Hints & Tips
-----
Jump Higher - To jump higher Press A and press A again.
Keep Looking - When ever you see a tree, climb it. Look up when ever you can
because you might find HOVER VINES, SECRET PASSAGES, and much more above the
ground.
NOTE: If you find any secret passages tell me at sachit64@hotmail.com
Facts
-----
DK Bundle - Did you know that by the time the game comes out, if you buy your
N64 at that time, you will recieve a special DK64 N64 unit? You will get:
     - A see through green system (unit)
     - A see through green controller
     - An Expansion Pak
     - A yellow cartridge game pak of Donkey Kong 64
Disco Chunky - If you watch the intro of the game. All the Kong's are dancing
and dressed NORMALLY. Except Chunky. He is wearing purple pants, a yellow
undershirt and a GIANT afro. HAHAAHAHA!!!!!!!
For a pic of this or where to get a pic, e-mail me at sachit64@hotmail.com - It
will take time to get this pic!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Glitches
-------

Watermelon DK - In the multiplayer mode, go to the Battle Arena with Donkey
Kong. Use the bottons to throw an orange. If you notice, on Donkey Kong's back
is a watermelon.
NOTE: I have figured the explanasion for this Glitch. Go to December 28, 1999
for it!

Good Bye Land - If you noticed (Mostly trying to save Diddy) that the farther
you get a way from something (e.g. a weapon switch) the less you can see it!
Thats why you can't shoot Diddy's third target from the land.

---------------------------
Here I will give scripts to commercials, descriptions for ads, and everything
else that related to the advertisment of DK64!
I noticed that I made a mistake when the guy says "They didn't even TIP me!" I
found that out before you guys told me.....but thanks anyways!

----------------------------------
- Donkey Kong 64 Commercial -

- Scene #1 -
Setting For Scene #1: Conference outside a building. Building has red ribbons on
it floating in the wind. Chief Official is standing at a podium with 2 body
guards behind him. He is wearing a cowboy hat. There are 8 microphones on the
podium. One of the microphones were from Channel 3 and the other was from
Channel 9. People are also running out of the building.

Chief Official: We believe there 5 perpetrators.

- Scene #2 -
Narrator: Donkey Kong is back in an adventure so big, it's taking the country by
storm.

front. There is an indian man, who is the taxi driver of the car, standing in
front of the taxi.
Taxi Cab Driver: Look what they did to my taxi!
(While pointing to the taxi)

- Scene #4 -
Narrator: This triple charge gads has better graphics......more moves.....bigger
bosses.....huge worlds.

- Scene #5 -
Chief Official: We are talking, and their heavily armed with fruit.

- Scene #6 -
It's so big we've included an Expansion Pak to get it all in.

- Scene #7 -

Donkey Kong)

Taxi Cab Driver: They didn't even tip me!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- Donkey Kong 64 Ad -
There are many adds that are like this one but with a different sayings
everytime.
In big bold letters, it says, "Food Fight!". A banana peel on the "F" of fight
and a smashed watermelon on the "T".
The Kongs are standing in the center from left to right: Chunky, Tiny, Donkey
Kong, Diddy, Lanky. There is an orange in Chunky's hand, a watermelon infront of
Donkey Kong and a banana infront of Lanky.
Then it has an Expansion Pak and some words about the game on it's right (SEE
WHAT THE WORDS SAY IN THE DISPLAY), with three pictures of the game under it.
(Diddy swinging on a vine, DK looking out into the distance on a vine, and Lanky
at the boss of Gloomy Galleon.
Heres how it looks. (DISPLAY)
FOOD
FIGHT!
Chunky, Tiny, DK, Diddy, Lanky (Pictures of them)
This time Donkey's got his whole crew todether and they're out to battle bigger,
tougher bosses in bigger, wilder worlds. Whether you're playing one player or
the great new four player mode, it's the biggest, wackiest, most fruit-
splattering war ever. So big, we had to include the Expansion PakTM just to get
it all in
(15) Banana Fairies Locations
---------------------------
First of all, these Banana Faries help you get stuff in the Mystery Mode. If you
see one, snap a picture of it.
away. The big Banana Fairy is sad because they didn't come back. She wants you
to help her catch them. You can't just catch them from the air, you have to
capture them on film. She will also give you a new move that you can use with
every character.
Hold B to power yourself up and let go to release a wave of energy.
How To Get Banana Fairy Camera - First learn Mini-Monkey from Cranky, for Tiny.
Then go to the Head Statue in the islands part and go into the hole. Talk to the
(19) Rumors
------------
In this section I will place all the rumors that have light in the air. After
the game is released I will probably delete this area! That is if some people
would like it to stay for future reference or just to look back at what there
COULD have been! So, e-mail me your thoughts at sachit64@hotmail.com !
1. A 2-Player Co-op Mode
   Likeliness that it will happen: 30%
   There could be a 2-player co-op mode, that you have to get a code
to get it, like in Diddy Kong Racing (JOINTVENTURE)!
2. Lost World
   Likeliness that it will happen: 60%
   Donkey Kong 64 will probably have a hidden world when you find ALL
of the sercets in the game, like the DKC series.
3. Kiddy and Dixie Playable
   Likeliness that it will happen: 30%
   There is a chance that Rare has included Kiddy and Dixie as          hidden
characters that are playable but since there hasn't been       much talk about
secrets, it seems that the only secrets there will       be is hidden levels or
weapons. If it did happen, the characters       would be for multiplayer mode
only.
4. More Kong Available for Multiplayer
   Likeliness that it will happen: 100%
   It has been comfirmed that Krusha is in the game as a secret character! Get
15 Banana Faires!
5. DK64 Will Take Over 85 Hours to Complete
   Likeliness that it will happen: 80%
   Though Nintendo has said that it will take 85 hours to complete it       is
quite high for finishing a game! They would need an expansion       pak for
that, even though they do, all I've herd is that the reason they are using the
expansion pak is for the graphic, texture, and sound...NOT LENGTH!
6. K. Rool is the Final Boss
   Likeliness that it will happen: 100%
   Rare has confirmed that K. Rool will be the final boss of the       game!
7. Multiplayer Deathmatch
   Likeliness that it will happen: 100%
   There WILL be a multiplayer deathmatch. You will choose your Kong
with there weapon you fight to the finish. E-mail me for questions       on this
part.
8. Two Copies of Game to Be Sold
   Likeliness that it will happen: 0%
   There have been rumors around saying that the game will ship with
and sometimes without the expansion pak. This is not going to       happen. All
games WILL have an expansion pak.
9. Play Mini-Games Multiplayer
   Likeliness that it will happen: 100%
   You will be able to play all of the mini-games from the one player
mode, in multiplayer also. It is kind of like Mario Party.
10. Two Copies of Game to Be Sold #2
    Likeliness that it will happen: 0%
    Another rumor is that the yellow cartridge will only be avaliable  to the
people that buy the system on Christmas and get the special DK64 Bundle. This is
NOT TRUE! All the cartridges will be yellow!
11. Rare's Old Games to be in DK64
    Likeliness that it will happen: 100%
    Rare has comfirmed that there first game JETPAK will be included in the
cartridge not changed (NOT EVEN THE GRAPHICS). You can also play DK's first
game, Donkey Kong Classics.
12. Hidden Characters in the Game
    Likeliness that it will happen: 99.9%
    It is likely that there will be hidden. Though Rare has comfirmed about the
Kremling as hidden characters for Multiplayer, I am talking about the Kongs. If
not then the hidden characters will be people like Funky, Candy ect. that will
become playable MOST LIKLEY in the multiplayer mode. If there are hidden
characters, they will be Dixie and Kiddy (I think that is the name). Reason I am
saying this is because it would be pretty boring if we had just 4 people for
Multiplayer mode.
13. Arcade Machines Throughout the Worlds
    Likeliness that it will happen: 100%
    There are arcade machines but only for Jetpak and Donkey Kong Classics!
(20) Items
---------
Here is the section which will describe what the item does in the game and
sometimes, where to get it.
BARRELS: All barrels appear on a little platform, if you pick one up. Another
will pop back up in it's spot.
All the characters have a color of their own. Basicly everything they pick up
(that is major) is their color. If you see one of those big guys with radical
hair. And it has a specific color on it's hair. Beat it up with that character,
and you'll get your Blueprint.
Donkey Kong - Yellow
Diddy Kong - Red
Lanky Kong - Blue
Tiny Kong - Purple
Chunky Kong - Green
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- Golden Banana -
This is the main thing you collect in every level. There is 5 for each Kong in
each world. The amount of these you have also depends on if you advance to the
next world.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- Headphones -
These restore all your music playing ablitly back to the maximum amount.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- Banana Fairy Camera Film -
Use this film to load your camera. Use the camera to take pictures of Banana
Fairies.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- Banana Bunch Coins -
Each Kong collects their own color of coins. You will be able to buy potions,
moves, musical instruments, and weapons from Candy's Store, Funky's Shop, and
Cranky's Lab. One coin is worth 1 dollar. (to Kongs)
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
- Supply Crates -
If you find this crate, you will fill up your weapons ammo with coconuts,
peanuts, and other types of ammo. The crate will always have the right ammo for
the Kong.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
(24) DK Rap Lyrics
-----------------
This is the complete lyrics to the rap.
NOTE: I comfirmed the lyric thing, it is ALL the same. My friend put me off
track because he kept on saying UGLY, and it does fit.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

He-He-Here we go!

So they're finally here,
Performin' for you.
If you know the words
you can join in too.
Put your hands together,
If you want to clap,
As we take you through,
This Monkey Rap.

HUH!

D-K...Donkey Kong.
He's the leader of the bunch,
You know him well,
He's finally back,
To kick some tail.

His coconut gun,
Can fire in spurts,
If he shoots ya...
Its gonna hurt!

He's bigger, faster,
And stronger too.
He's the 1st member,
Of the D.K. Crew.

HUH!

D-K...Donkey Kong...

D-K...Donkey Kong is here!...

This Kong's got style,
So listen up dude.
She can shrink her size,
To suit her mood.

She's quick and nimble,
When she needs to be.
She can float through the air,
And climb up trees.

If you choose her,
You'll not choose wrong.
With a skip and a hop,
She's one cool Kong.

HUH!

D-K...Donkey Kong!

He has no style,
He has no grace.
With this Kong,
Has a funny face.

He can handstand,
When he needs to.
And stretch his arms out,
Just for you.
Inflate himself,
Just like a ballon.

This crazy Kong,
Just digs this tune!

HUH!

D-K...Donkey Kong!

D-K...Donkey Kong is here!

He's back again,
And about time too.
And this time,
He's in the mood.

He can fly real high,
With his jetpak on.
With his pistols out,
He's one tough Kong.

He'll make you smile,
When he plays his tune.
But Kremlings beware,
Cause' he's after you.

HUH!

D-K....Donkey Kong!

(Backround) HUH!

Finally,
He's here for you.
It's the last member,
of the D-K Crew.

This Kong's so strong,
It isn't funny.
Can make a Kremling,
Cry out for mommy.

Can pick up a bouldar,
With relative ease.
Make crushing rocks,
Seem such a breeze.

He may move slow,
He can't jump high.
But this Kong-s,
One hell of a guy.

HUH!

(TALKING) Come on Cranky,
Take it to the fridge!

Walnuts, peanuts,
Pineapple smells.
Grapes, melons, oranges,
And cocanut shells.

Aww Yeah!

Walnuts, peanuts,
Pineapple smells.
Grapes, melons, oranges,
And cocanut shells.

Aww Yeah!

Walnuts, peanuts,
Pineapple smells.
Grapes, melons, oranges,
And cocanut shells.

(Song Fades Out)
