If u want a Leafeon once u get a nationaldex u get an eevee in a city off Bebe and u accept it and u have an eevee then go to Eterna Forest go to the rock and level up your eevee near the rock and u have ur very own leafeon. To get Glaceon go to the frozen rock near Snowpoint city and level up.
