Monkey: Win Seven Straight in Win Contest, then beat him.
Dragoon: Win VS COM undefeated on normal.
Gnome 1: Win VS COM undefeated on hard.
Furby: Play Win Contest undefeated after you beat the Monkey.
Gnome 2: Play Win Contest undefeated after you beat Furby.

At the title screen, press B, Left, Right, B. Then, new puzzles will be available in arcade mode.
