There are two endings that I know of to this game. For the first one, when Alexis, asks for help, kill the monster. After you beat the end boss, Varik will start walking down a hall, to a large door, open it to a bright light... and walk to a cliff, to enjoy the view. Alexis walks up behind him, warns him about letting his defenses down, but then "rewards" him by letting him go.

For the second ending, when Alexis asks for your help, kill her instead (horrors!). It's much the same as when you help her, minus the part with her appearance.
