After you beat the Jester twice with the same life, he comes back together and the screen in the background says: "Game over game over game over game over", "message from the original..." then either "Hi! the first rules. Good job!" or "Very impressive. For a mere hack", "What? this can't happen!", "No one shatters the jester!", (blank for a moment), "You want to play boss?", "Your wish is granted". Then you turn into a boss (usually the genie or the scorpion) and you get to play over again (as the boss). Winning again will just turn you back to the player you were (originally) playing as.
