If beaten on easy mode: Jim wakes up and recovers. He walks out of the hospital, and get ambushed by all the bad guys. After he beats them, princess whats her name falls on Jim, knocking him unconscience again.

If beaten on any other mode: Same thing, but Jim catches princess whats her name, and they slide off into the sunset, and a cow falls on princess whats her name, and next time you play you get to choose between playing as Jim or whats her name.
