There are three settings where the ending takes place depending on the difficulty level (normal= Golden Forest, hard= Dragon Cave, expert= Deadly Falls), but other then that the ending is the same. After winning the race the camera goes on a fixed path at the finish line. First you see the other racer, he/she claps slowly twice then sits in the snow. Then you see yourself, you raise your arms in glory and then the camera goes to the credits.
