Four small pictures/animations will appear a few times progressively and at different places on the screen. The pictures/animations are an animation of a train speeding down a track and pushing the delorean time machine, an animation of a train's turning wheels, an animation of the digital speedometer of the time machine gaining in speed, and a picture of a ravine where the track ends. After these pictures appear one-by-one on the screen a few times (the train becoming faster each time), the speedometer will reach 88 MPH and a flash of lightning will be seen on the screen. Then, the Back to the Future 2 & 3 game logo will appear with the words "THE END" and the player's final score underneath it.
