Once Marty has energized the Delorian with the lightning bolt and gone back to 1985, a screen similar to the ones shown at the intermissions appears. The following text is displayed on the screen: "Congratulations, Marty! You've made it back! All your time traveling is behind you now." After a few seconds, the word "Maybe" is added along with several periods. After this, the game returns to the title screen.
