There are atleast three endings.

1. You forget to grab the disks "You have failed in your quest."
2. You grab the disks; it basically says congratulations and says that another AD and D game will be out soon. It's been awhile, so I don't remember the specifics of this ending, or which game.
3. All of the heroes die. "You have failed in your quest."
