Not much happens when you finish career mode. When you beat it you get to see a movie of the skater you beat it with. Everyone has their own movie. Example: Tony Hawk has a movie showing of some real life moves. Everyone has their own movie even the custom characters (except that every custom has the same movie). All the secret characters have a movie that has something to do with the Neversoft game creators. Those are not very interesting but the actual Skater's have some pretty cool movies. Also the first twenty-two times you beat the game, you unlock an extra feature. You either get a secret skater, secret level or a cheat. That's about all that happens though when you beat Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3.
