After you defeat Metallo, Superman speaks to him then some machine with robotic arms remove Melallo's head from his body. We then see Superman walk out the auto factory and speaks with Lois and Jimmy while the police rushes in and arrests Metallo.

The screen then switches to Lexcorps, Lex Luthor has his office repaired. (From the first battle with Metallo) Superman tosses Metallo's gun at Lex's feet and speak with him then flies away. Lex became angry while Darkisd watches Lex from his monitor. Finally we see Superman flying high in the sky then the credit rolls.

If you manage to collect all the Superman logos from each level,(Story mode only) you will unlock a second credits with some cheat codes.
