There are more than a single ending, each changing upon completition on the game and the secret, unlockable side-quest after the end.

After you start defeating Jormungandr, the Ancestral Piece, he will swallow Django whole, and everyone will start talking to Django's soul, trying to keep him from giving up, as they help free more Solar energy and seal pieces of Jormungandr away. In the end, Django uses the Sol De Vice and Solar Sensor to burn Jormungandr from the insides out, and thus destroy any hopes for the Immortals to achieve Doomsday.

If you completed the sidequest and it's the second time you finished i, you'll unlock the Mini-Game where Nero chases Black Django (in mouse form) all over the credits.

Second, this part of the ending branches off into lots of different ones, with Django asking a simple question to each of the good characters. (Which makes a lot of characers, after all.)
