It just shows The Flash and Tina talking on the telephone, as they do before each level. The Flash says something like, "For a moment, I thought we both were goners, but Central City is safe once again!" Then Tina says something like, "Yes, but only until some other threat comes along!" Then The Flash replies with something like, "Well, I'll be ready for it!" Then it shows The Flash's head against a background of Central City. His eyes look around, and then he winks.
