You know how sometimes when the Battletoads perform an attack, the attacking part of their body becomes enlarged? Like, when they punch somebody their fist becomes gigantic, or when they kick somebody their foot becomes gigantic? Well, they do that with their cocks after inserting them into Billy & Jimmy, which (kind of tragically) tears the two guys in half.
