The ending should show Todd relieving a big reward for snapping all the Pokemon. You could choose between being able to catch Mew or get a chance to actually control the Zero-one. Then your friend ash asks to join you and you both capture all the Pokemon on the island.

After you picture Mew, you should meet up with Prof. Oak and he will say that you have been inducted into the Hall of Fame. When you get there you meet Ash who has been inducted also because he has caught 150 Pokemon and fulfilled his dream of becoming a Pokemon Master. He starts bragging and then you interrupt him saying "You are not a Pokemon Master yet; there is still one more for you to catch." You show him the picture of Mew that you showed Prof. Oak. Ash says, "What is that?" You say, "It is the rarest of all Pokemon, Mew. Good luck catching him, Ash, you'll need it. It was hard enough just taking a picture of it!"
