There should be a special kart for Bowser and Donkey Kong Jr. You would get it if you go through all the races with Bowser or Donkey Kong. The kart would get you up to top speed instantly. And it would give you better turning.

There should be more kart drivers and more racetracks. Yet the course races have a variable set of laps (Example: Rainbow Road should be 20 laps long, Mario Circuit 1 should be 5 laps, Ghost Valley 3 should have 6 laps). And all the characters have their own race tracks. And there should be more drivers besides Mario's friends and enemies and should be called Nintendo Kart Racing.

Yes, one character they should DEFINITELY put in Super Mario Kart and make playable is Triclyde. Whilst Mario's counterpartner is obviously Luigi, Princess's is Yoshi, Bowser's is Donkey Kong Jr and Toad's is the Koopa Troopa, if anyone's interested to ask who Triclyde's counterpartner would be, his would probably be Mouser. Though this COULD be because there wouldn't be room for more than eight characters on the SNES since the SNES couldn't hold that massive content.
