Meca Hawk would have his own flying vehicle that would shoot missiles, electricity orbs, poison gas, etc. He would be a secret character, and you would have to get Perfect Scores on all the tests to have the right to battle him. You would have 2 tanks of gas, use the Gyrocopter, and be heavily armored. If you win, you would get a code. If you put it in on the title screen, Hawk will now be Meca Hawk. Meca Hawk would have better skills than Hawk. He would be the best character in the game. You would have to earn the right to put this code in, also.
