I would make the major boss named Racin'. He is more powerful than Bowser and he is a very skilled racer. He is a human. He has Brown slicked hair, Red eyes, is skinny, and he is very cute. But he is very dangerous. In his kart he has all red shells and lightning. Also Stars. His Kart goes very fast and it can only be beaten by Bowser. To beat him with any other character you have to get many lightnings. Bowser is your best choice because he is the fastest. After you beat him you would get an extra special rainbow trophy and it opens up a secret character and 5 new courses.
