If they put in the Hydro Vipers and Toxo Vipers as regular, non-boss enemies you encounter on stages (Hydro Vipers - Worlds 1-1 and 1-2; Toxo Vipers - Worlds 2-1 and 6-1) and if you fight Cobra Raptor as a boss on World 1-2, Road Pig as a boss on World 4-2 and Voltar as a boss on World 4-3, how come the Astro Vipers and Techno Vipers were left out of the game as non-bosses?

Additionally, why oh why did Croc Master have to be omitted when he'd make a great boss on one of the second levels (where you'd have to defeat him after getting all the checkmarks then getting the hurry up screen come up after defeating him)?
